Another Crap Anime Base

Consumed in complete boredom, and I know no one really uses these bases, but I just made one anyway to eat up time.
If you are having any problems with this base, please notify me and I will see if it can be fixed.

I am proud of the blue eyes character.... but purple really didn't come out as well as I thought it would.
